This is the most common starting template file you will use.

Normally, you will STOP with the type include value: sample-10.

If you 'named' this file "sample" then in the reusable directory you would create a file named "sample-10" normally. The -10 'by convention' for us means "This is the MAIN BODY of a md file by the same name."

So NORMALLY you will delete the - type: text and everything after it, and put the body in the include file. This makes it easier to edit the MD file because it doesn't have 'fake' spaces required in front of every line to fit in this embedded are.
