If you wish to have your account in our app deleted, since this app has data controlled by your company, or the company you are contracting to, you need to contact your company's administrator to have your account and information deleted. You can use this form to do this, please indicate in the message what you want deleted. A message like "Delete everything possible about me" will suffice in most cases. Indicate the database(s) you have access to and we will send your request to our contact info for your company's administrator for that/those databases.
